Quick fixes to try first
Most issues in early builds can be solved in a minute. Before you write to us, please check the following:
Update to the latest build
Playtest builds change often. Make sure you are running the newest version from the store or from the link in your playtest invitation.
Restart the game and your device
A full restart clears most freezes, stuck scenes and loading problems, especially on older phones and tablets.
Check your connection (web version)
The browser version on itch.io needs an active internet connection. If loading is slow or text disappears, refresh the page or clear the browser cache.
Check language and audio settings
You can switch the language at any time in the game settings without losing progress. Some languages may include subtitles only - localization varies from game to game.
Take a screenshot
If something looks wrong (missing text, a looping scene, a broken button), a screenshot or short clip helps us find it much faster.
Report a bug
How to send a useful bug report
Thank you for helping us polish our games! A good report takes two minutes and saves us hours.
Name the game and build
Tell us which game you were playing and, if you know it, the version or playtest build.
Add platform and device
For example Windows 11 on Steam, Android 14 on a Pixel 8, iPhone 15 or the browser you used on itch.io.
Describe what happened
What did you do, what did you expect and what happened instead? Mention the chapter, scene or choice if you can.
Attach proof and send
Add screenshots or a short video and send everything through our contact form. Choose "Bug report" as the topic.
